Support
We provide on-site* maintenance and management of your network, systems and desktops. Depending on your internet connectivity, remote assistance is also available.
- Prescheduled weekly/monthly site visits to perform day-to-day IT operations or preventive maintenance (patches and updates, system health, etc.)
- Special projects—use BDITS to augment your existing staff for specific project expertise, large scale projects, or day-to-day operations
- Remote support—where connectivity allows, a number of support issues and/or maintenance may be addressed remotely. General phone support is available to assist in troubleshooting minor or general issues.
- Emergency 24/7 break-fix response
- On-site support is provided in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. Engagements outside this area incur additional charges and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Training
BDITS provides basic to advanced customized training for your end-user or IT staff to help you maximize your use of technology. User classes are taught by an experienced trainer with a comprehensive background as an administrative professional in the legal field. In-house IT staff systems training is often included as part of any BDITS project implementation. If necessary, high level technical training is also available.
